The Branch Trainer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment to move and locate product appropriately.
Responsibilities- Train new hires during the first several months to meet Medline’s quality and productivity standards.
- Anticipate and coordinate the scheduling of new hire training.
- Motivate and retrain low‑performing team members to meet expected standards.
- Provide helpful tools and feedback on improvement areas.
- Work with the Supervisor and/or DO to maintain a high level of productivity and suggest areas for improvement.
- Conduct observations on team members and offer feedback and motivation.
- Train and mentor team members throughout the facility in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for DC team members, including retraining and supporting a safety culture through meetings and activities.
- Perform all job functions within the warehouse on a daily basis as directed by leadership.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and perform functions throughout the warehouse.
- Aid and lead branch team members in areas such as shipping, replenishment, receiving, and dock.
- Effectively communicate with branch management regarding daily operations.
- Remain flexible in schedule and respond to training needs across shifts and departments on short notice.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current team member in a similar position for at least 12 months.
- Overall performance evaluation score of 3.0 or greater on the most recent evaluation.
- Top performer preferred.
- No corrective action above a Coach Counsel in the last 6 months.
- Working knowledge of all warehouse areas and multiple machinery types preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to engage and develop others.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Catalyst.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Must be able to operate machinery within the location.
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
- 1–2 years of lead experience.
- Bi‑lingual is a plus.

Anticipated salary range: $22.75 – $33.00 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
