The Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse and office operations at our facility in the St. Louis metro area. This is an exempt, full-time role with supervisory responsibility over warehouse and office staff.
What you'll do:- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and crane/forklift activity
- Lead and develop a team — hiring, training, performance management, and cross‑training
- Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and PPE requirements are met
- Monitor budgets, equipment maintenance, and building needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational performance and reporting
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience is required
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Hands‑on experience with forklifts, industrial warehouse equipment, and RFID scanners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, accountability, and safety mindset
- Flexible scheduling required, including occasional nights and weekends.
