Our client is seeking a Corporate Financial Controller to lead global accounting operations and step fully into the Controller function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global accounting operations in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX
- Oversee SEC filings and public company reporting
- Direct monthly and quarterly close and multi-entity consolidations
- Serve as primary liaison to external auditors
- Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing accounting functions
- Implement new accounting standards
- Lead and develop a multi-layered accounting team (U.S. and international support)
- Drive process improvements and scalability
- 10–12+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
- Experience auditing large, publicly traded companies
