Job Description:

Pathly Holdings Inc / Pathly Global is seeking an experienced in-house accountant to work on-site twice per week at our St. Petersburg office.

We are a growing company with annual revenue in the mid-seven-figure range and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accountant to manage our ongoing financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Manage general ledger and journal entries
• Track expenses and income
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close
• Work closely with management on financial reporting
• Support tax preparation and compliance as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, or similar preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working on-site and independently

Schedule:

• On-site 2 days per week
• Ongoing role
