Position: Accounting Administrator
(Hiring for a Large Finance & Asset Management Client)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Pay rate: $24/hr
Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours

The Accounting Administrator will provide administrative and basic accounting support to the Investment Operations team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to financial operations, account reconciliation, and reporting processes within a professional asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with data entry related to account reconciliation
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Update and maintain reports using Excel
- Support preparation, review, and processing of accounting records and documentation
- Assist with posting transactions within an automated accounting system
- Research and help resolve transaction discrepancies
- Gather and compile financial data for reporting purposes
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
