Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our company’s financial records and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and extensive experience with Quick Books. This role requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using Quick Books
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors as needed
• Develop and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Train and mentor junior bookkeeping staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of public accounting principles
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
