We are seeking a driven individual to join a well-established, multi-location company. This organization has earned a reputation as a national leader and it continues to expand its reach, investing in its people, and modernizing its systems and processes. Joining this team means stepping into a collaborative, high-performing finance function that plays a critical role in shaping how the company reports to and builds trust with key stakeholders.

This is an environment built for professionals who are naturally analytical, endlessly curious, and driven to get the details right. The team thrives on continuous improvement, rewarding those who ask sharp questions and bring fresh ideas to the table. This role offers genuine visibility with senior leadership and a real runway for career growth within a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support financial reporting deliverables for lenders and other key stakeholders
  • Assist with debt covenant reporting, including calculations and supporting schedules
  • Build and maintain financial statements, key metrics, and supporting disclosures and footnotes
  • Translate GAAP financial data into non-GAAP measures as defined by applicable agreements
  • Support audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
  • Assist with preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to gather and validate data used in financial reporting schedules
  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data and investigate root causes
  • Apply a critical, questioning approach to existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of financial reporting systems and tools
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from finance leadership
  • Maintain thorough documentation to support reporting accuracy and audit readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality reporting deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • Hands-on financial reporting experience, ideally within a corporate setting
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP reporting concepts
  • Familiarity with debt covenant reporting and related adjustments
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with financial reporting systems or process improvement required
