Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financials and drive process improvements across a Net Suite ERP environment.

Duties:

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliation
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
• Manage general ledger activity and maintain integrity of financial records within Net Suite
• Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting efforts
• Assist with audit preparation and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finanance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Required:
  
  hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
