Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry-Level)

Target Compensation: Up to $20/hour
Location: St. Petersburg, FL

• Process and enter invoices accurately and timely
• Assist with vendor payments and maintain vendor records
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
• Support filing, recordkeeping, and accounts payable documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate degree preferred
• Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience welcomed
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
