Accounts Receivable Clerk
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33701

- Play a meaningful role in maintaining strong customer relationships through efficient collections and account management
- Process customer invoices accurately and timely
- Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile customer payments
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Assist with month-end AR reporting and account reconciliations
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
