We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Support person to join our corporate office team in St. Petersburg, FL.
AboutThe Role
Our Administrative Support team provides support to our in-house and remote staff. They also aid our domestic and international clients. As such, the best candidate will be a positive, outgoing professional who is organized and detail oriented.
Primary responsibilities of this opportunity include:
- Welcoming guests and accepting deliveries
- Answering incoming calls from a multitude of parties involved in our business
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail – distribution, scanning and uploading, emailing, etc.
- Shipping and tracking high volume of checks, documents, etc. using UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex
- Timely management of diary (checklist) system for processing tasks &/or documents
- Producing templated reports or documents as required/requested
- Collaborate with and cover for other members of the General Admin team
- Ability to work from the corporate office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (located in the Carillon Park area of St. Petersburg)
- Ability to work overtime as needed, particularly during our busy season (Atlantic Hurricane Season)
- Effective and proficient communication skills
- High-level thoroughness and focus when completing tasks
- Have the utmost sense of discretion and ensure confidentiality
- Basic computer literacy skills such as web browsing, shortcuts, etc.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to operate standard office equipment – phone system, printer, scanner
- High School diploma (required) or higher education
- 1 year of office experience preferred
- Added advantages:
