Crown Automotive Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team!
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a TOP 100 automotive dealership group, and a Tampa Bay TOP Workplace, providing comprehensive, executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and reporting at our executive offices in St. Petersburg, FL.
A HIGH level of professionalism, requiring the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information, is REQUIRED!
- Experience as an Executive Assistant is highly preferred!
- Experience as an Executive Assistant for an automotive dealership is preferred, but not required.

- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Coordinate and manage projects and events, ranging from small internal meetings to large-scale gatherings of up to 600 attendees.
- Serve as a communication point for leadership, team members, vendors, and partners.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Support long-term and short-term planning, including project timelines and event logistics.
- Assist in developing procedures and workflows that improve organizational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (advanced functions, formulas, and data management), SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude with the proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of leadership within the organization and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and events, including logistics, planning, and execution.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale automotive industry.
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive sector if not already experienced.
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills – approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to handle stress and problems effectively.
- Attention to detail imperative.

- Ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements
