Scheduler Home Care

The Scheduler at Bayshore Home Care will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for home care services. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other team members. This is not a remote position you will be in one of our Tampa Bay locations.

• Manage and maintain schedules for home care services
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to clients based on needs and availability
• Communicate with clients to ensure their scheduling preferences are met
• Collaborate with caregivers to address any scheduling conflicts or changes
• Monitor and update schedules as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with the management team to ensure client needs are met
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Prior experience in scheduling or administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
  Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home care services or healthcare industry is a plus
