Crown Nissan is hiring an Administrative Assistant for their automotive sales and service departments.
This position requires proficient general office and administrative skills and is primarily responsible for accurate and timely posting of service labor time to repair orders.
Experience with in an automotive dealership is preferred, but not required.

- Ensure 100% documentation compliance with established dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Maintain cross training and temporarily provide coverage of those duties in their absence.
- Code and computer entryall incoming vehicles.
- Review and monitor all rebate claim procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
- Follow up with service and sales customers to ensure a great customer experience.
- Attend department meetings as requested.
- Report any safety issues immediately to management.
- Comply with all policies as described in the company's Employee Handbook.
- Other duties may be assigned, based on company's needs.
Experience with an automotive dealership, preferred.
Additional Technical or Administrative Knowledge- Preferred computer knowledge including use of Internet, MS Windows.
- Basic typing/computer entry and calculator skills.
- Basic Phone operation skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Exceptional teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and customer service skills - approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to handle stress and problems effectively.
- Attention to detail imperative.

- Ability to meet US employment and Crown's eligibility requirements
