- Review employee timecards and support payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace logistics to support business operations.
- 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar office leadership role.
- Experience supporting day-to-day business operations, employee onboarding, and administrative functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, customers, and leadership.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive company and employee information.
