The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of how business processes connect across departments.

- Experience working in fast‑changing or matrixed environments.
- Execute integration plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and critical integration touchpoints across teams and systems.
- Partner with leadership to define success metrics, integration timelines, and operating models.
- Serve as the central liaison across departments—including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product—to ensure alignment on all integration efforts.
- Facilitate decision‑making and remove blockers for cross‑functional teams.
- Lead workshops, working sessions, and communication forums to drive clarity and alignment.
- Assess current‑state and future‑state processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, etc.) support integrated business processes.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and harmonization efforts during integration projects.
- Deploy change‑management plans that support stakeholder adoption and minimize operational disruption.
- Deploy communication strategies and materials that clearly articulate project objectives, progress, and impacts.
- Deploy training and equip business users to adopt new processes and systems.
- Create project roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track progress and outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to ensure integrations deliver expected value.
- Drive continuous improvement and post‑integration optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in business integration, business transformation, program management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cross‑functional business processes and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑department initiatives.
