Carrier Development Coordinator

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced 3PL carrier operations team member to assist our growing customer base and support our sales team.

In this role you will be:

• Organizing a truckload carrier network within the TMS
• Negotiating rates with carriers for over-the-road freight
• Monitoring carrier compliance with the Compliance Team
• Assisting in the completion of RFPs and RFQs
• Coordinating with Sales and Account Management to provide perfect customer service
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
