Description
Seeking 2 Client Engagement Managers to an operations team, to work alongside the transition and technology consultants in a more project management/coordination capacity. This team project manages their division perspective to their transition. These roles are focused on RIA and customer services. RIA
-registered investment advisors, RCS - registered custody services.
- Typical days look like they are on the phone on a lot of calls. Introduction calls to intro transition teams, on all other calls that may be required. Help facilitate calls, lead calls, reach out and schedule calls for specific product calls if needed to get into weeds of what it looks like. 529 accounts, variable annuities – what they need to do since they aren’t registered, what they’ll have to do.
401K business – lead those calls. Also talk them through what is needed for them if they are going to establish a brand new RIA – majority of their transitions do move to RIA space over broker dealer space. Majority of these transitions and those they are looking to support would be those that would be moving to the RIA space.
Help them outline exactly what they are doing to set those up. - Also there for escalations – get in the weeds operationally if need to answer AML questions, entity accounts – basically there to support any and all aspects of the business. Also help to set up data feeds, 3rd party vendors if they have those relationships they will help with that. Also help to establish office on RCS platform, work alongside RCS escalations and billing team.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must have impeccable soft skills: they are interfacing directly with Financial advisors so must be sharp, professional, able to lead conversations and build relationships and trust. Advisors are already on high alert and stressed out, must have impeccable written and verbal communication.
Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
