A company is looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead to oversee the operational side of the sales cycle and manage global purchasing.
Key Responsibilities Manage the entire operational side of the sales process, from proposal creation to delivery completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain product price calculators and manage CRM processes Initiate and monitor the sales-to-delivery workflow to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Required Qualifications 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, proposals, pricing, and contracts Strong understanding of purchasing/procurement and supplier management Proficient in CRM systems and experience with SaaS/technology companies Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
