A company is looking for a Partner Operations Coordinator to provide internal operational support for the ACH & Online Banking partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate ACH merchant and partner onboarding workflows, ensuring completeness of applications and documentation Manage internal submission, validation, and tracking of ACH merchant and partner applications Serve as the primary coordination point during onboarding across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications Strong organizational and prioritization skills Knowledge of CRM systems and onboarding/partner operations workflows Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with PDF editing tools preferred Experience in partner enablement content and documentation management (preferred) 2 years or more of payments or fintech industry experience (preferred)
