Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for life sciences clients, engaging various stakeholders and leading strategic discussions Demonstrate expertise in life sciences commercial sales operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements Design and administer incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and compliance standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Analytics, or a related field Proven experience in life sciences commercial sales operations Strong background in incentive compensation design and administration Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects Consulting or commercial operations experience within life sciences preferred
