Corporate Restructuring Case Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Restructuring Case Manager to manage case life cycles and ensure client deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a case lifecycle, including maintenance of court claim registers and timely production of client deliverables Review and interpret legal documents to update client databases accurately Coordinate with clients and internal staff to ensure timely processing of claims and filing of related documents

Required Qualifications High energy and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Team-oriented with a willingness to work beyond normal business hours
