Operations Manager, Building Maintenance
Description
Seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for assisting day-to-day operations of the installation department. Deliver close‑out documents, permits, drawings, as‑builts, zone maps, 100% test letters and any other documentation requested by the clients, job sites or Fire Marshalls as needed. Adhere to the highest quality standards set forth by Dyna Fire, Inc., while assuring a professional and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver necessary materials to and from job sites.
- Run permits as needed.
- Assist Project Managers with additional functions or requests related to the New Construction Department.
- Work with project managers to determine scheduling needed to get equipment, wire, and materials ready for projects.
- Confirm that devices, wire, and materials are available in the warehouse or scheduled for delivery from manufacturers and distributors by working with the purchasing department.
- Ensure that no equipment or materials leave the staging area or the warehouse without proper supervision and documentation in place.
- Assist the Project Manager with daily communications, written and verbal, with field personnel, customers, and other Dyna Fire employees.
- Assist with inventory control.
- May be required to deliver equipment to job sites.
- May be required to pick up equipment from job sites and local distributors.
- Maintain full compliance with Dyna Fire policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Dyna Fire.
- Ensure full compliance with the company’s and client’s safety programs and policies.
- Collect job documentation to return to Engineering.

Requirements- Entry‑level experience as a Project Management Assistant.
- The Project Manager Assistant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers and software is required.
- FASA/BASA certification within the first 12 months of employment.
