Seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on an affordable multifamily project. This role will focus on framing, MEP rough‑ins, and drywall coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Superintendent with daily site supervision and trade coordination
- Oversee framing, MEP rough-in, inspections, and drywall installation
- Monitor schedule, sequencing, and subcontractor performance
- Conduct quality control walks and ensure code compliance
- Enforce site safety standards and company policies
- Support inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
- 2+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Strong knowledge of wood framing, MEP systems, and drywall processes
- Ability to read plans and manage subcontractors
- OSHA knowledge; OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
