Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction | St. Petersburg, FL
Are you an experienced construction estimator who enjoys turning project concepts into winning bids? We're seeking a Senior Estimator to join a respected commercial contractor with nearly four decades of success delivering projects across Florida and beyond.

What You'll Do- Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates
- Lead quantity takeoffs and subcontractor bid solicitation
- Analyze proposals and identify value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
- Support preconstruction efforts from concept through award
- 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience preparing budgets and competitive bid packages
- Proficiency with estimating software and cost analysis tools
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
