Alleato Group is growing and is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead full-cycle estimating and preconstruction efforts.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, influence preconstruction strategy, and help shape the future of a growing commercial design-build general contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial estimating and preconstruction from concept through proposal.
- Develop accurate estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies.
- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids.
- Support design-build projects with cost analysis and value engineering.
- Collaborate with leadership, project management, and design teams.
- Manage multiple pursuits while delivering high-quality, competitive proposals.
- 5+ years estimating for a Commercial General Contractor
- Commercial construction experience required
- Full-cycle estimating and preconstruction
- Design-build experience preferred
- Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff/Plan Swift, and Procore (or similar)
- Experience on commercial projects over $10M
Compensation: $140K–$180K + performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and long-term growth opportunities.
