Project Manager : Ground Up Construction

Location: St. Petersburg

The Project Manager will oversee ground-up commercial construction projects within the property industry, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. This role focuses on managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.
