Production Manager

Full Time | 1099 Independent Contractor

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with flexibility based on project demands

VN Florida Home LLC is seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to oversee residential rehab projects across Pinellas County. This role is responsible for managing contractors, vendors, timelines, budgets, and daily field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and ready for rent or resale.

• Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to completion
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track project timelines, budgets, and production progress

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Construction, rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable

• Fast‑paced, field‑based construction environment
• Daily travel throughout Pinellas County with occasional travel to Pasco County
• Strong growth opportunity based on performance

• $30 per hour with opportunity for increase after 3 months
• Bonuses based on performance from the start
