Project Manager-Hospitality Flooring

Axiom Floors is looking for a Project Manager who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with a team executing hospitality renovation projects across the U.S. and internationally.

Since 2008, Axiom Floors has specialized in hospitality flooring and renovation projects for hotels, resorts, and timeshare properties across the United States and internationally. Our clients include leading hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, Ritz-Carlton, and others.

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from bid award through closeout, working closely with our Operations team, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and General Contractor partners.

You’ll coordinate the moving pieces of each project - schedule, materials, labor, logistics, costs,

communication, and field execution - while having the support of the Axiom team around you.

This is a remote-first, travel-heavy position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes

accountability for results, and values performance over simply putting in hours.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Coordinate directly with General Contractors and project stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and adapt project schedules.
• Coordinate purchasing, materials, deliveries, and nationwide logistics.
• Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the Operations team.
• Identify potential problems early and collaborate with the team to solve them.
• Manage change orders, documentation, and project communication.
• Monitor project costs, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct site visits and maintain strong visibility into field conditions.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Keep Operations and leadership informed of project status, risks, and needs.
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and successfully.

• Have at least 2 years of construction project management experience.
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required - our field teams and clients need both).
• Are able and willing to travel nationwide.
• Are self-directed and comfortable making decisions, while knowing when to collaborate, communicate, and ask for support.
• Are highly organized, accountable, and solutions-focused.
• Communicate clearly with clients, General Contractors, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• $70,000 base salary + uncapped project profit-sharing. Your bonus is tied directly to the margin you deliver - the better you and the team execute, the more you earn. We'll walk you through the exact structure in the first conversation.
• Remote-first work environment. Work from home between projects; all project travel is covered.
• Direct access to leadership. You'll work closely with Axiom's Operations and leadership team, with a real opportunity to take on greater responsibility as we grow.
• Major project exposure. Work on hospitality renovation projects across the U.S. and internationally.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to work directly with leading General Contractors and hospitality brands.
