If selected to move forward, you'll hear from our HR team at Nashville Soccer Club.The A/V Coordinator will be a part of the Nashville SC Stadium Production team at GEODIS Park. Assisting with the planning and execution of A/V support for private events and major events at GEODIS Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with events team to understand audio-video requirements for private events.
  • Set up, strike, and operate audio-visual equipment for both private and major events happening in Geodis Park.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
  • Manage digital content for private events and the IPTV system.
  • Assist in building the show and setting up for Nashville Soccer Club match days.
  • Fulfill a game day role in the control room, on the audio team, or similar on match days.
  • Assist with repairs and general maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Production, Media Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1
    -2 years of proven experience in audio-visual coordination for events, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue.
  • Familiarity with live event production and the challenges associated with large-scale gatherings.
  • Proficient in operating professional A/V equipment, including, but not limited to digital audio consoles, wireless microphones, projectors, cameras, and lighting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address technical issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with content creation and management tools (Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs to move equipment around stadium for various events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of IP Based AV systems a plus.
  • Must be able to properly roll cables.
