This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Client Services Representative located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, managing appointments, processing payments, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with record‑keeping, facilitating communication between clients and staff, and supporting the overall operational flow of the hospital.

• Proficiency in Client Services and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
• Basic understanding of Finance-related skills, such as processing payments and managing financial transactions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a bonus
