Coordinate in-patient and referral calls from outside facilities for potential hospital admission or consult;
Dispatches and tracks Life Line ground transport services through Zoll software;
Dispatches and tracks air transport services through tracking software and radio communications;
Documents referral calls in Teletracking program for care coordination;
Supports daily operations of the transfer center and transport team
