Concierge​/Guest Services​/CNA weekends

Lexington Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Concierge / Guest Services Associate to join our team. This role is the face of our community—responsible for welcoming residents, families, and visitors, and supporting a positive and compassionate experience for all who enter our facility.

CNA Experience

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk; answer and direct phone calls appropriately.

• Provide information, guidance, and assistance to guests and residents.

• Assist with visitor sign-in/out procedures and enforce safety and infection control protocols.

• Schedule transportation, appointments, or other services as requested by residents or staff.

• Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and stocked with informational materials.

• Handle resident mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.

• Assist with light administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and distributing communication materials.

• Support social events and family visitation coordination.

• Act with sensitivity, patience, and respect toward residents and their families.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in customer service, front desk/reception, or hospitality preferred—healthcare or senior living experience is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Friendly, empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others.

• Basic computer and office software skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• shift-weekends only Saturday and Sunday 8a-8p
