Learning and Development Manager, Alpha

Overview

On-site position located in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ.

$150,000 annual salary with weekly pay. Full health benefits begin day one.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
• Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge navigation.
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and achievement.
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides facilitate student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to become outstanding facilitators.
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that expectation.
• Conducting dull training sessions – you’ll develop Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential learning.

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
