Job Description:Provides technical and managerial guidance to the Instructional Design/Development team. Develops and implements instructional design standards and best practices. Collaborates with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and objectives. Oversees the creation of eLearning courses, video production, immersive simulations, and instructor-led training. Ensures the quality and effectiveness of educational programs through regular evaluation and feedback. Manages project assignments based on team expertise, availability, and priorities.
Utilizes graphic media and multimedia to enhance learning experiences. Coordinates with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure proper course functionality and user experience. Develops supportive training materials, including instructional videos, job aids, and user manuals. Stays current on emerging trends in instructional design and adult learning principles. Provides operational support, troubleshooting, and testing for instructional design projects. Communicates project status, risks, and needs to ensure timely completion and achievement of learning goals.

- Expertise with course authoring software and eLearning design best practices. [Required]
- Expertise with basic functions, test building, graphics, and Level 1-3 interactivity to include complex branching, animated video, customized audio, and scenario-based cases. [Required]
- Ability to integrate organizational educational needs into learning programs using industry and evidence-based best practices and provided software tools. [Required]
- Strong history (3-5 years) using video editing software (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro) and filming best practices. [Required]
- Basic knowledge of camera, video, and production equipment. [Required]
- Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office 360 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, One Note, Snagit, Visio, Graphics software, and Visio. [Required]
- Leads online course building /video-based projects, strong project management, collaboration, and customer relation skills. [Required]
- Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Required]
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers). [Required]
