Part-time Field Service Representative - HF-TTL; Security Clearance

Nightwing is seeking a Part‑time employee to work as a PT Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative (FSR) supporting a DoD contract that provides technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. The position requires overseas travel and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Location:

Africa.

• Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, technical capabilities, and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing HF‑TTL equipment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing HF‑TTL devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
• Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
• Coordinate with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
• Provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
• Conduct research and develop best practices.
• Assist with equipment installation, system configuration, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot systems, identify problems, and write reports.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
• Retired or former Special Operations soldier with at least 5 years of U.S. military experience in a similar capacity.
• Recent combat experience.
• Experience with technical information collection equipment to support war‑on‑terrorism objectives.
• Proficiency with web‑based applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and mapping/viewing software such as Falcon View, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets & Trips, and Map Printability.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technical products.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
• Capability to carry a 35‑pound load without assistance.
• ConUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support unit.

• Minimum of a university degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience in engineering/other technical positions.
