A rapidly growing Design & Build contractor in Florida is expanding its Engineering & Design division and seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support major multi-family and commercial developments.

With a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering complex, high-rise and mission-critical projects at scale, this contractor operates an integrated design-build model that allows its engineering teams to play a central role in shaping project success from concept through delivery. Continued growth across multifamily, hospitality, healthcare and data center sectors has created the need for senior-level leadership within the electrical team.

This is a key leadership role with direct influence over projects, people and client relationships.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and team leader across large-scale new construction projects, particularly multi‑family high‑rise developments (apartments, hotels, condos, student housing), alongside healthcare, data centers and commercial facilities.

• Lead electrical engineering design on complex, large-scale projects
• Oversee and mentor engineers and designers
• Serve as a primary client‑facing technical representative
• Ensure quality, compliance and technical excellence across designs
• Work extensively within Revit and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with construction and preconstruction teams in a fully integrated design‑build environment
