Work Flexibility:
Onsite

As a Project Engineer, you will lead process development for new product development projects, ensuring that Stryker Robotics projects are smoothly launched into operations. More specifically you will:

  • Work with a project manager to execute engineer deliverables.
  • Think critically to solve abstract problems.
  • Execute engineering documentation to ensure all projects comply with industry standards.
  • Review part drawings and evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
  • Work with suppliers to meet project deadlines and overcome technical challenges.
  • Complete validations for gages and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 0-2 years professional work experience.
  • Experience working in teams to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with GD&T.
  • Familiarity with validation.
  • Familiarity with PPAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience working independently.
  • Strong desire to learn and master various engineering skills.
Benefits

Pay Ranges: USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD. Annual Travel Percentage: 10%.
