Job Title
Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Civil Engineer for their St. Petersburg, Florida team!
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Manage small to medium projects and engineering tasks Prepare/review designs and specifications for civil projects Prepare/review construction documents and permit submittals Coordinate with other design disciplines (architects and engineers, landscape architects and surveyors) Document design changes/communications Assist with the management of project delivery, invoicing, and financial performance Assist with the development of scope, budget, and schedule for new projects and tasks Build/maintain client relationships Negotiate with permitting authorities Conduct on-site inspections as needed Review construction submittals/requests for information Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field, from an EAC/ABET accredited program 5+ years of relevant design or construction experience Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam passed preferred Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment preferred Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, etc. Proficient in Hydrology/hydraulic software, (Stormwise ICPR software, stormcad, etc.)
Proficient in Stormwater Quality/Nutrient removal modeling (BMPTrains Software, etc.) preferred GIS software including ESRI, all levels preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
