Technical Business Unit Manager Integrated Energy Solutions | Jabil Lead Innovation. Drive Growth. Shape the Future of Energy. Jabil's Integrated Energy Solutions (IES) team is seeking a Technical Business Unit Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leading customers, helping bring next-generation energy technologies from concept to commercialization. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you'll align customer technology roadmaps with Jabil's world-class engineering, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities.

You'll lead complex global programs, drive profitable design wins, build executive-level relationships, and serve as the trusted advisor connecting customer innovation with Jabil's global technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and customer success.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with customer engineering, R&D, and product development teams.
• Align customer technology roadmaps with Jabil's design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Drive new business growth through design wins and expanded service offerings.
• Lead complex global technology programs from development through production.
• Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Present technical and business solutions to senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and customer-facing development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product development, R&D, technical program management, or technology-focused business leadership.
• Experience in high level assembly and electrical cabinets
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence technical decision-makers.
• Strong project management, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• PMP certification and advanced degree are a plus.
