Join a nationally recognized MEPS design-build contractor that is continuing to expand its in-house engineering and design team in Florida.

We are looking for experienced Plumbing Engineers and Plumbing Designers at both the mid and senior levels who want greater project ownership and the opportunity to collaborate directly with the teams responsible for constructing their designs.

This is an opportunity to work on complex building projects in a true design-build environment, with significantly more exposure to constructability and field execution than a traditional consulting role.

As a Plumbing Engineer / Designer, you will support the design and delivery of plumbing building systems for large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Design plumbing systems for large-scale building projects
• Develop layouts, calculations, drawings, and construction documents
• Utilize Revit throughout the design process
• Coordinate plumbing designs with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and construction teams
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and constructability
• Work directly with clients and project stakeholders
• Participate in design and construction coordination meetings
• Manage project responsibilities throughout design and construction
• Delegate work and mentor junior engineers and designers
• Help resolve design and constructability issues during field execution

• 4+ years of plumbing engineering/design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience designing plumbing systems for buildings
• Experience with multifamily, high-rise residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, data center, or similar projects
• High-rise apartments, hotels, condos, or student housing experience is highly desirable
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating work
• PE License is a plus
• Stable employment history preferred
• Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset
