• Lead global engineering design projects from planning through execution and product launch.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as a key customer interface, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and business units.
• Drive project reviews, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support contract negotiations, business proposals, statements of work, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Conduct customer design reviews and ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development and engineering project management.
• Proven success managing budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams within a structured development environment.
• Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, power conversion, or data center infrastructure programs.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Background managing global engineering teams and complex customer programs.
