Director​/Head of Accounting

Overview

Our client is looking for a Director/Head of Accounting to join their team!

• Lead global accounting operations in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors
• Lead and develop a multi-layered accounting team across domestic and international locations
• Drive process improvements, scalability, and technical accounting initiatives

• SOX compliance
• SEC rules & reporting
• Filing public company financials

• CPA active and in good standing
• Public accounting background required
• Audit experience only (no tax)
• Experience auditing large, publicly traded companies

• Pay:
  We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor Statistics
