Sr. Accountant

Description

We are looking for an analytical Senior Accountant to support our finance team in driving data-driven strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

+ Support the development of annual budgets

+ Analyze monthly and quarterly variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

+ Partner with business units to understand performance drivers and support planning initiatives

Accounting Support

· Maintain a working understanding of GAAP

· Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and analytical review

· Assist with internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation

· Provide analytical and preparation support for bank reporting requirements, cash flow management, working capital, and balance sheet reviews

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and expertise in financial consolidations.

- Experience in audit processes, including preparation and coordination.

- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to organize complex financial data.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
