About the PositionThe Associate/ Senior Associate of Accounting Services will play a key role in ensuring the data integrity and transparency of core accounting operations activities. At a high level, this means supporting the full lifecycle of fiduciary funds flows by monitoring, reconciling and reporting client monies, such as premiums and commissions across the Company’s counter parties. At a detailed level, this means preparing broker and carrier reporting, preparing reconciliations, assisting the development and documentation of internal controls, and helping to address ad hoc client and internal requests.
This role will require frequent interaction across finance, operations, and external stakeholders. The role will be expected to maintain a high standard of accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in all deliverables, while also bringing a continuous improvement mindset to the way we manage fiduciary obligations. As the organization grows and evolves, this role will contribute to shaping the Accounting Services function and will offer significant opportunity for development, including exposure to broader corporate finance initiatives.

This specific role has substantial exposure to reporting, handling of cash, controls, and leadership. Critically, a strong candidate is over‑index on collaboration and will be able to utilize technology to efficiently execute objectives.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Education- 0-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data science roles.
- Active CPA, CMGA, or CIA is preferred.
