Vice President of Actuarial, Data, and Analytics

Position Summary: The Vice President of Actuarial, Data and Analytics leads and actively participates in the company’s actuarial, data, and analytics functions, with direct accountability for reserving, pricing, catastrophe modeling, and analytics. This role is both strategic and hands-on, providing practical actuarial insight to support underwriting performance, financial results, and risk management.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Information Officer, the VP of Actuarial, Data, and Data Analytics works closely with Reinsurance, Underwriting, Product Management, Claims, Reinsurance, and Finance to ensure actuarial analyses and data-driven insights are embedded in day-to-day decision-making. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong professional judgment, and the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable guidance.

Note: This is a hybrid position. Associates in the Tampa Bay region must work on site at our St. Petersburg, FL office each Monday and Wednesday. Associates based outside the Tampa Bay region are required to be on site periodically.
