Support the implementation of a new Financial Advisor payout system. This role will be assisting with ad hoc requests, testing, data validation, and financial reporting as the system is rolled out and refined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with system implementation tasks, including testing, reporting validation, and cleaning up data discrepancies
- Support ad hoc requests from finance and operational teams, helping wherever needed to ensure smooth system adoption
- Perform financial and accounting tasks such as journal entries, general ledger, P&L analysis, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support ongoing cleanup initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers, business users, and IT teams to ensure system functionality and reporting accuracy
- Document processes, issues, and solutions to maintain audit-ready records
