OneStream Senior Manager

A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a Financial Applications Senior Manager to play a key role in the evolution of its enterprise performance management landscape.

This is a high-impact position for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability. You will shape the future of the finance systems environment while working alongside a capable team of analysts who support delivery at a detailed level.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of a major finance transformation journey. You will take ownership of the One Stream platform, building on prior consolidation and system modernisation initiatives. The organisation is moving forward with a modern, scalable finance technology strategy and needs a senior leader who can guide both technical execution and stakeholder alignment.

If you have led or played a significant role in a Hyperion to One Stream transformation, this will feel familiar. If you have operated at Principal Consultant level or as a Senior Transformation Manager in industry, you will be well suited.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading and enhancing the One Stream consolidation and reporting environment
• Driving financial systems transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• Managing and mentoring a team of analysts and project contributors
• Partnering closely with Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders
• Ensuring strong governance, controls, and best practice within the consolidation process
• Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on financial systems strategy

You will not be expected to do all the hands-on configuration yourself, but you must be technically credible and comfortable guiding detailed design and solution decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience with One Stream, including financial consolidation
• Background in enterprise finance transformation
• Experience overseeing or delivering a Hyperion to One Stream migration
• Proven leadership of project teams
• Clear, confident communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience either within consulting or directly in industry
• A blend of strategic thinking and practical delivery capability
