Job Title Treasury Fulfilment Specialist I
Job Location:
Saint Petersburg, FL, 33716
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension and conversion in FTE
Shift: 5 days onsite, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST
Pay Rate: $28/Hour on W2
Job DescriptionThe Treasury Fulfilment Specialist will provide exceptional service for internal and external clients based on assigned market vertical. They are the lead point of contact for the client and relationship manager. They will work with their assigned commercial servicing team to ensure the client journey is successful from prospect to onboarding, to service and expansion of relationship.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Onboard commercial clients with all Treasury products to include complex implementations such as but not limited to FTP, BAI, Positive Pay, and ACH.
- Provide support to internal customers for all business banking and middle market Treasury Management clients, as necessary.
- Ensure appropriate Treasury Management documents and agreements are properly completed and executed prior to implementation.
- Provide excellent customer service to support and solve internal and external customer issues.
- Proactively time manage internal customer expectations when communicating and responding to processing requests, instructions, inquiries, issues, voicemails, and emails to help maintain relationships.
- Tracks reported issues for consolidation and potential process or system changes.
- Troubleshoots systems issues for resolution. Liaise and advocate on behalf of the client and ensure a continuation of care when additional internal expert involvement is needed.
- Assist Commercial Client Service Office with projects, activities, and tasks.
- Adhere to, or improve, performance in meeting Service Level Agreement standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, team leads or team managers to ensure cross coverage and satisfactory completion of incremental workflows.
- Handle urgent requests with a high degree of accuracy and quick turnaround time.
- Extensive knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office applications and e-mail as well as Bank core systems and other support systems such as Salesforce.
- High degree of detail orientation.
- Ability to perform complex assignments involving a high degree of mental alertness and application of sound judgment and above average analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communications required to communicate effectively to both external clients as well as internal technical project teams.
- Must be able to multi-task effectively and prioritize workflow.
- Knowledge of Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account Types.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, core, and business online banking platforms.
- High School diploma or GED with 3+ years banking experience in customer service or treasury management.
