A company is looking for a Manager, Loan Set-Up.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the Loan Set-Up department to ensure timely and accurate input of loan applications from wholesale brokers Act as the main communication contact between the Loan Set-Up department and other internal departments Train associates on policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience 8 or more years of directly related mortgage industry experience Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
